
Anthony Branchini is a retired Police Captain and former Acting Chief of Police with 27 years of extensive executive leadership experience in law enforcement, public safety, and organizational management. His expertise includes strategic planning, policy development, accreditation, incident command, leadership development, and organizational accountability.
Anthony serves as a CALEA site-based assessor, evaluating public safety agencies for accreditation compliance, and previously led the Henderson Police Department's accreditation efforts. He is also an adjunct criminal justice professor and a volunteer leader with a Veteran led non-profit organization called Team Rubicon, where he trains Command and General Staff personnel in FEMA's Incident Command System and helps develop strategic initiatives for disaster response operations.
Drawing on decades of leadership experience, Anthony provides consulting services focused on policy development, accreditation readiness, organizational assessments, policy reviews, and public safety best practices for law enforcement and government agencies.
